What Kind of Cosmetics Are Here?
Anything from an event that can be slotted in the Upper Body gear slot of an outfit. This includes “onesies”, those entire outfits-in-one that LOTRO have made in the past. There is a wide variety of clothing types designed by the LOTRO team: tunics, hauberks, dresses, breastplates…and more.
What’s Not Here?
I believe the library here is up-to-date. If an event has just started, however, please give me a couple of hours! This page should auto-update once I’ve added new items, though.
Such-and-such Event Is Not Listed!
More “minor” events do not have their own tab. By that I mean either events that are rarely run (such as Ill Omens) or where the cosmetics almost never change (such as Buried Treasure). However their items are on this page, as well as the relevant event guide.

How to Use this Tool
As with the head cosmetics, I’ve organised the outfit items here by festival/event, but also included a “Style” tab or section. This one in particular is useful if you know what “shape” you’re looking for (a tunic is a different shape to a dress), or if you want items that are more closely akin to armour.
While I have included an “All” tab, please avoid using it if you can. Do use it if you need to, but scroll slowly so the pictures have time to load!

TL;DR How do you Dress to Impress?
I usually find that starting with the upper body cosmetics helps to work out the rest when making an outfit in LOTRO. Thankfully, SSG have given us a shedload to choose from! I will add Yule and Spring as and when I can, but there’s plenty to get you started. Enjoy playing in Middle-Earth!
