The Reveller's Robe of the Odogil is based on an older robe template with the "ruffled" material underneath. However, the rest of it actually comes over as being bordering on luxurious. It's elegantly patterned with golden edges and the stars that feature on the other Odogil-related items. Now, why are the sleeves just too short?
