Where the Peacock Dress focussed on the shade of blue, the Peacock Waistcoat is based on shades greens. That's because the blue can be found and matched with the Trousers of the same set.
This waistcoat is sleeveless which either shows how muscley your arms are (see: female and male Hobbits), or how gangly and oddly hinged they are (see both male Elves)! The dark green centre is offset with lighter and/or paler green either side and makes for a fairly subtle "nod" to the peacock theme.
