From the very last set of (old) Summer Festival cosmetics, the Tunic Set of Summer's Night is a mirky blue grey with light-wisps/fireflies here and there. I don't know if LOTRO were trying to go spooky/creepy before Fall Festival had even arrived that year, but it has that sort of feel to it.
Unlike other tunics, this one is the only variation - there is no long-sleeved version, for example. There was also no dress in this style.
