I nearly put the Ornate Winter Jacket and Trousers cosmetic into the "Full Set" category. But, it seems that, like the Ornate Winter Dress, there are no shoes/boots included with the jacket. Hurrah!
Description
The jacket is a long-sleeved tunic in all but name, and appears decidedly warmer! The sleeves do mysteriously switch to very long bracers at the middle of the lower arm. That is a bit odd, but the rest looks just fine. LOTRO-Wiki
shows this outfit item on a female Elf.
The chest area shares the gold and silver swirls of the dress, but features a leather belt and matching chest strap. For carrying...small pouches of wild herbs, maybe?
Where are the Boots, Man?
Oh, I ask myself this question so often at LOTRO Festivals. SSG frequently omit boots from their set; my only theory is that they employ actual Hobbits in their design team.
There are no officially-labelled "Ornate Boots". Let me know any combinations you think work and I may feature them!
