Once I'd settled in my mind that the 2023 "Concert" theme was based around Minstrels giving a concert, rather than simply music-lovers attending one I was fine! The Summer Concert Tunic is bright and cheery, with nearly all the colours you would expect of Summer.
How Well Does It Dye?
This set takes dyes fairly well. I think the cosmetic applies a gloss or sheen to the colour. This does have a slightly diluting effect on the dye, but otherwise it still looks good, I think.
Elven Influence in the Summer Concert Tunic?
There are even some golden leaves added for good measure. That makes me wonder if whichever designer put this one together was giving a "nod" to Lórien or the Autumnal trees in the Trollshaws? I'm guessing, but that's part of the fun.
Who Does It Suit?
That's a matter of taste - and potentially - whether or not your character plays music! Head-canon, or actually puts on concerts.
I think this outfit item suits my female Hobbit better than my other characters, though it stands out well on Esilve (Beorning) here too. So, if you want to stand out from the crowd, or get the attention from a crowd before your next big performance, then grab one of these from the Midsummer Festival.
