Who needs armour when you can take a panel of garden trellis and...sew it on? So long as you don't face archers, spear-wielders, swords-folks and magic wielders...well, enemies...you should be fine! I'm sure this trellis is what they meant by Banded Hauberk, but still.
Anyway, this is an old cosmetic - and usually, usually, I'm a tad more gracious. But this one made me laugh.
How to get it? Oh yes. The main (and nowadays, likely the only) way is to exchange Steel Tokens 
during the LOTRO Anniversary Event.
