I want to say that the default colour of the Scaled Hauberk is Ranger Green or Gold - and I can't quite figure it out. As with many tunics and robe-like items, this cosmetic comes with trousers built-in, but not footwear. The base material seems to be the loose grey areas you can see in the screenshot as these are the portions you can dye (see the Wiki
).
As the name makes obvious it does have scales - or at least a scaly pattern. This features on the upper chest, sleeves, middle of the torso and over the waist.
Oddly, you have buckled straps across your elbows. I'm not sure how practical that is. Correction, I am sure that it's not practical!
