I think what I like most about the Snowy Tunic and Trousers is its simplicity. Then again, tunics have always suited Glinmaethor more than dresses. This Yule Festival cosmetic has a plain shirt, decorated solely by a buttoned edge and slightly textured collar. A simple trellis belt divides it from the skirt portion.
On the lower body, the mid-blue material is broken by a couple of downward strips and features three large snowflake patterns. The shoes are actually okay-ish with this cosmetic. You can see these on the Wiki
