The only real similarities between the Lissuin Robe and the matching dress is the design of the pale material and overall colour scheme.
Lissuin Robe Description
The Robe, which does fit both male/female characters (I just prefer how it 'hangs' on my male Elf), has a few faux features that make it different from other similar cosmetics. For a start, it clearly has two sides, like a long coat, but instead of hanging open, they're pinned together loosely on the left side of your chest. A belt, seemingly of wrapped vines, holds it together around your waist, along with an elegant, golden clasp.
Verdict
This is one of those cosmetics I really like, but rarely use. The main reason being down to the Elf run animation, which looks a bit ungainly. When coupled with this Spring Fest robe, it looks like it just hangs at the back - and the back is the side of our characters we see the most!
On female characters it has a "tuck in" that, at least for my characters, looks unnatural and uncomfortable.
But play with Fitting Room, and make your own mind up.
What is Lissuin?
According to the LOTR Fandom Wiki:
Lissuin was a fragrant flower brought by the Elves from Tol Eressëa to Númenor. Its fragrance was said to bring heart at ease.
