A nearly full-length robe made of what seems to be a heavy kind of material, and featuring angular dwarven-esque patterns.
The Short Fancy Robe has a waistcoat over the upper body portion and long-sleeves that have two layers of material to them. Although it is more-or-less a coverall, you are able to equip your own shoes or boots. I'm not sure about the gloves, though. Tunics/robes can be a bit hit-or-miss on whether they allow you to use your own hand gear or not.
How Well Does It Dye?
Unlike some Steel Tokens 
cosmetics, a large portion of this robe is dyable. It is the greying brown areas that respond to your colors. The LOTRO Wiki
