While a very old cosmetic these days, the Simbelmynë Tunic and Trousers is still a pretty clothing item for your collection. Its defaults are seen in the main image above/left, but LOTRO-Wiki shows it dyed Turquoise (I think).
Simbelmynë Tunic and Trousers Description
It is based on a shiny goldy colour with blossoms and white flowers. Tolkien Gateway says it is from Rohan and means "Evermind".
Just ignore the fact that these flowers grew well on graves and tombs. Spring Festival Cosmetic, folks!
Death aside, the tunic fits snugly, but not too tight, which means it works well on both male and female characters. It features a faux belt and in-built purply trousers.
Does It Have Shoes Built-In?
For non-Hobbits, sadly, yes. And Hobbits are not allowed to wear shoes or boots with it.
