The Vestments of the Northern Sky are in the Yule Festival Cosmetics →">Yule Festival Cosmetics selection and they're covered in many white feathers. It was the "year of the feather" when they were brought out, as the plumes featured in black during Fall Festival in the same year!
But this robe works. It has an almost Christmassy green material against the body and on hte sleeves with the feathers covering most of the rest of the material. I need to retake that screenshot, because I took it years before I thought about making this tool. The Shoulderguards of the Northern Sky are a separate cosmetic.
