The Tunic Set of the Perfect Picnic is a nice-fitting number and matches the red chequered pattern of the Cloak of the Perfect Picnic. It has a slightly grubby colour as though you didn't have chance to change after making the food for said picnic.
A Tunic Set, Not a Tunic
I almost bought this last year. The reason I didn't is that it comes with dirty trousers and horrible shoes. These cannot be overwritten by the outfit slots. I hope LOTRO start to ditch these enforced sets. Many a nice tunic has been spoiled by what's below the knees, in my humble opinion.
