The Fine Short-Sleeved Dress is one of a few Steel Tokens 
cosmetics with a similar look and feel. And I often get confused between this one and the Mathom Long-Sleeved Dress
, because the only difference I see is the sleeves!
Outfit Slots Filled
As well as the upper body, this dress also "fills" the lower body and feet slots. Hobbits will show bare feet (not bear feet, that's a LOTRO Beorning thing.)
