The Vines of Naruhel are a hands/gloves cosmetic that sort of reflect those around the Red Maid's arms. I showed a picture of Naruhel and covered a bit of information about her on the Naruhel's Vine Dress page.
They fit a little looser - but I think that's intentional, so that the vines can show over other upper body cosmetics. Your vines are decidedly greener, which is a good thing. This is an unusual kind of Spring Fest Cosmetic - and that's why I like it and why it's the only piece of the Naruhel set I actually own!

You can acquire them for 30× 
Festivity Tokens during Spring Festival. This cosmetic can also drop from the Seasonal Instance: Boss from the Vaults: Naruhel the Red-maid.
