One of my first thoughts when doing this write up was "the Hat of Icy Expeditions looks like you have icicles dangling from it"!
Yay for how my brain works. But I can't unsee it now...
Description
Although it is called a hat, I think it's more accurate to call it a cap. It's made of firmer-looking material than other items in this set, and edged in stitched leather (that does appear in the set).
And then you have the generous helping of warm fur-like edging that may or may not look like icicles.
It's in-keeping with the other items but, for some reasons, LOTRO's outfit system forces all wearers to have short hair and this is not avoidable. Other than that, if your character already has short hair (Lamuna doesn't) then this is a worthy, and season-appropriate hat.
