A quick note, in case you've stumbled on the Gloves of the Unflagging Dragon before finding the Breastplate of the same set: The screenshot makes it look like these gloves give lower-arm protection, but that's because the whole set fits together really well.
LOTRO-Wiki
has a better screenshot as they show the gloves on bare arms.
What I hadn't notice is that the gloves are actually holey/worn, which is an interesting design touch.
