The Cloak of the Unflagging Dragon (snappy name, no pun intended) is not your average "shiny-looking" Anniversary Event cosmetic. That year, both you and your loyal steed could dress up as dragons. Okay, so a cloak doesn't help with that, but I still kind of like the cloak.
It features the same scale pattern of the other Unflagging Dragon set items, but the rest is ragged and torn red material. I suspect it was supposed to represent flames?
While the Cloak of the Unflagging Dragon does not make you look like dragon-kind, it does have a dragon's head on it. Embroidered, not real, in case you were wondering. If you did, for some reason, want to look like a dragon, wait for the Helm!
