The really cute, black Ornery Karakul is your next chance to prove your prowess in battle. Just don't fail, eh? That would be embarassing!
Now, the Karakuls are actually found in two different locations. This is a good thing for two reasons. Firstly, if there are none near Camp Dragonhead, there's another spot to head to. And secondly, if you need Fleece or Karakul Skin for crafting, you can defeat one group, do the same for the second and get back around the time the first group respawns.
Just don't compete with other players for the sheep, okiday?

Near the Observatorium
The main map provided here is near Camp Dragonhead, simply because it's the closest group to the Aethyrite. But if you head towards X:30.6, Y:26.5 and continue to Griffin Crossing
, you'll find four or five more.
