For ever other target for the Order of the Twin Adder Hunting Log Rank 1 you need three targets. However, you require only one Ixali Fearcaller, which is great as there is a spot with just one of these present.
That said, if you're newly-arrived in Coerthas, then ConsoleGamesWiki
has an alternative location. This is just East of the Observatorium around X:31, Y:28.
