The Grounded Pirate, alongside the Grounded Raider loiters with others around their small camp in Middle La Noscea. These are the "gladiator" class scoundrels, who wield a knife and a tiny little shield!
Terrifying, aren't they? Regardless, Limsa and pirates don't get along well, so go "do your duty".
Where are They?
You can find them South-East of The Cookpot, a circle of cut-out ground (complete with wall) where the Wounded Aurochs are.
If you're about on-level, the other nearby enemies will join in. You can try to draw them away one at a time, I know I've done it that way before.
