There are two types of enemies here who long lost their ship: The Grounded Raider (relevant to Marauders and Rogues) and the Grounded Pirate (relevant for Arcanists and Rogues).
The Raider is the Marauder's "opposite number", sporting an axe and attempting to look intimidating. Such is the fate of the boatless, I guess.
Where are Grounded Raiders?
There's no map point at their camp, however The Cookpot (where the Wounded Aurochs are) does have one. The Raiders are just South-East of the Cookpot and on the same side of the river.

How Many Grounded Raiders for Hunting Logs?
These are required by two of the three classes that start in Limsa:
- Marauder: 3
- Rogue: 1
Note: If you began your FFXIV character in Limsa Lominsa, you may not need to go and find the Grounded Raiders. This is because they feature in the Level 9 MSQ Quest 
Plowshares to Swords.
