To be honest, I think this item divided opinion 50/50 when it was brought out. Some found it cute (especially on Hobbits) and others really... didn't. Whatever your opinion, its initial shade of blue is the same blue as the head of the Peacock pet from that year - and it wraps under the chin. I guess if you could put the cave claw mask from Buried Treasure Event in between the top and bottom you could pretend to be a peacock?
On second thoughts, that's kinda scary.
