It's an unhooded cloak by default! Hurrah! Sorry, I get carried away because I'm not a fan of hoods. Anyway, the Cloak of Crystal Resolve is really neat - a lovely combination of brown with steel blue. It has a symmetrical golden Dwarven-like pattern in the middle of the back and smaller ones at the sides lower down. The upper back/neck is fur-lined. And the whole piece has a golden border, too.
If I can just shake the feeling of the blue oval pieces looking like outward-turned feet, then I really like this cloak!
I'd also forgotten how low-cost Anniversary event cosmetics are. Just 10 ×
