FJ’s Description:

This is the tunic that matches the Shimmering Breeze Dress. The Shimmering Breeze Tunic has more of the shiny, metallic material, which helps it to double up as an easy-to-wear battle chestpiece. It has a high collar (as a lot of festival tunics do) and a sort of faux leather look on the shoulderpads.

Where Are the Boots?

This is where it gets a tad…strange. It appears that the start of some boots were sewn into the trousers here. I’m trying to track down another festival’s set where that was actually the case. I’ll link it once I find out, so for now just assumed they’re shin guards or something.

But there are no “Shimmering Breeze Boots” – and none are built into this tunic for non-Hobbits either.

I had intended on creating a Dwarf in time for Farmers Faire, but I haven’t got around to it yet. Sorry, Dwarven players.
