Fireworks Corgi Pet Description
The Fireworks Corgi was introduced during the 15th LOTRO Anniversary. From what I called the "unofficial year of the Corgi" in LOTRO, this one is the same as the Tri-Colour Corgi, except that it's pulling a small trailor/cart of fireworks.
Like the Anniversary Celebration Pig
, they do fizz and bang fairly frequently.
How to Get the Fireworks Corgi
This one marked a slight sideways shift in how you acquire festival rewards.
Rather than earning 
Anniversary Tokens or 
Festivity Tokens, you can only acquire this pet through 
Mithril Coins.
