The Snow-Dusted Travelling Gloves don't actually have much in the way of snow on them. What they do have is a fur-like texture. This may have worked if the tips of the fur weren't abrubtly cut off, then continued on a narrower part of the cosmetic. So, all I have in my head now is this quote:
Interesting outfit...I can really see what you tried to do.
