The Hat of a Merry Fellow cosmetic in LOTRO is one of a small set to kind of honour Tom Bombadil. The hat and boots definitely do, but I think the jacket is too smart for Old Tom.
Anyway, this hat is a bunch of fun, made of thick, sewn leather and has a bright blue feather sticking out of it. Some large blueish birds were not happy the year LOTRO brought these out, I can tell you!
But if you like the wilder look, that's also a bit wizardy, then grab one of these from Spring Festival.
