The Festive Wine Skin is a very old held-item cosmetic from Yule Festival. Make sure your mulled wine stays warm while running errands for the people of Winter-home. Claim it's water to stay "hydrated" if you want to keep all the wine to yourself.
Sadly, even on higher settings, the texture seems a bit blurry because of the item's age. I'll see if I can retake it before this year's event, but even the Wiki's one
is a small picture.
