When I first started playing LOTRO (maybe five or six years ago, I think),I didn't fully understand how festivals worked and my computer was old and the graphics were bad. So I honestly don't remember the Cloak of Nárië looking as good as it does now! I have recently (in 2022) reintroduced this cloak into an outfit. So don't let the age of any cosmetic put you off.
Cloak of Nárië Description
It is made of leather and overlaid with two tones of green material. I'm not sure if the white pattern was meant to signify anything, but I really like it. If you're wondering what Nárië is, I've explained that on the Surcoat of Nárië page. I try not to duplicate text across pages, where possible.
