As with other good design processes - for a feature to stand out, the backdrop has to be different. So the Cloak of Entwining Blossoms does not actually have any entwining anything.
Nor any Ent-Whining either.
Royal Gold
This cloak is in blue and white segments, separated by the same gold found on other items in the set.
In fact, gold features on a number of items from the LOTRO Wedding Event:
How Well Does It Dye?
As we look at this, note there is a colour gradiant on the original. So:
So, the blue portions of the original cloak dye - and they dye well. But just at the bottom, whichever colour you have chosen, transitions to pale blue. It's subtle, and I think I like it in the colours I've chosen.
Whether that works if you like yellow is a matter of your taste, not mine!
