The Blazing Firmament Cloak (full name to actually be announced) is part of the 2023 set of Farmers Faire rewards of the same name. It also mirrors the barding on the Steed of the Blazing Firmament.
Blazing Firmament Cloak Description
The tassled cloak (hooded cloak here at the moment), looks made of a quality material and features various patterns.
LOTRO have used circles - presumably crop circles - really well here. Your eye is drawn to the imagery most appropriate for Farmers Faire - wheat sheaves and outlined plant shapes against a golden background.
There are two white borders - one clear chevron at the bottom with a fine, dark grey pattern. I can't quite work on what it is based on this official preview.
