The Wharf Rat seems a bit like a distant cousin of the fluffier Star Marmot. They're just as cute, but is it still a rat. You're in a naval area and we know how welcome rats are onboard a ship.
Well, they're equally welcome off ships too!
Where are Wharf Rats?
I've gone for the location marked in your intro quest (or at least one of them), as you can find them near Little Ladybugs. This is just East of Limsa's Zephyr Gate.
