A Thaumaturge of the Kobolds, the U'ghamaro Priest is found on the western side of the Mines.
If you stick to that side, you'll be fine. Just be aware that the room with two Priests in have other Kobolds and Synthetic Doblyns too. Unless you're over-levelled, expect a bit of a fight to clear this Hunting Log entry.

Just a quick note: my coordinates relate to the room with two targets in it. If you go from South to North, you'll clear it before reaching the fourth dot.
Re-spawn timers aren't bad here, with it being used regularly for MSQ and Tribal Quests. So there's no need race other players for the kill.
The U'ghamaro Priest is also required to complete the Book of Netherfall I ref.
