Mount Description
I'll be the first to admit that this screenshot needs changing - and I will do so during the 2022 LOTRO Anniversary Event. But that aside, this golden-furred horse (or pony) was clearly made for celebration. From the golden ribbon around it's neck to the sea blue edging, the Anniversary Steed feels royal without overdoing it.
Match Your Outfit to the Anniversary Steed
This mount seems to match the Silken Robe (and Gown) of Golden Splendour, which I think is a Steel Tokens 
cosmetic. So of you're one of those pet owners who like to dress their companions like them, this is the way to go!
