Completing the other items in the set, the Ornate Winter Cloak is decidedly simpler than the dress and jacket. This means it works very well as the cloak is much simpler.
Large, navy blue swirls stand out against the creamy-white background. There are motifs indicative of snowflakes without actually being them, which is a clever touch. And, at the bottom edge, the cloak's material divides into three pointed tips.
Due to its colour, you'll find the Ornate Winter Cloak could go with many other outfit items at Yule Festival.
Is There a Hooded Version?
I realise it's unusual for LOTRO, but no there is not.
