The Cloak of Winter Winds, like the Robe of Winter Winds is based on various shades of blue. I actually like this approach as it allows the subtle snow-scene and stars to show up, but not too much.
The patterns themselves are not overdone and hint at the visibility issues you can have in a windy snow-storm. There is a Hooded Cloak of Winter Winds also.
It Is...Where You Are
It seems that how good this outfit item looks depends entirely on what light shines on it. The Wiki
shows this cosmetic outside in the daytime in Frostbluff. And it looks completely different wherever I first took my shot!
I did know some of my Yule Cosmetics needed retaking. I did not think that meant all of them!
