The Cloak of the Moth is a beautiful creation of LOTRO's for Spring Festival. It may have been only my first or second year in LOTRO when this was introduced, too.While it matches the Dress of the Moth's colours and has the symmetrical pattern you'd expect on a moth, this isn't the most amazing part of it.
Colour Change/Shimmer
This cloak (and its hooded version, below) changes colours, like, all the time. You really do need to get one to see and appreciate it. But I haven't come across another cloak in the LOTRO Events Schedule that has the same effect.

is bolder again.
