Although it is not labelled as "Gala-worthy", the Cloak of Flurries is the one designed to match the Gala-Worthy Gown and Shoulders.
This cloak is really beautiful. Snowy leaves hang where the cloak joins your neck and the rest of it are many snowflakes falling down your back. It's transparent in between the snowflakes (and between parts of the flakes too), which I think just marks it as among the best at Yule Festival.
