Much of the LOTRO Anniversary Event quests are about remembering. Indeed the whole main and Eriador Scavenger Hunts focuses on finding remembrances. So it should come as no surprise that cosmetics such as the Ceremonial Cloak of Remembrance should crop up.
Coming in both hooded and unhooded versions, the metallic grey and royal blue are both complementary and contrasting. Add to this that the edging is almost a gold colour and you have a very regal feeling cloak.
