At the very southern edge of the Sagolii desert, you won't just find one Fallen Pikeman, but a whole herd of them! Thankfully, if you're clearing the Archer Hunting Log, there are more than the required four here. The Pikemen are lancers and make up the majority of the undead in this area.
Just head to the Sagolii and travel immediately due South of Byrgot's Strike. I think the start of the Manderville storyline brings you here, too.
