If I'm honest, I didn't really understand how the Steed of the Shimmering Breeze name of this mount matches its appearance. On the cosmetics, you have metal bits that reflect light. Not so with the mount.
That aside, the caparison is made of heavy leather strips and you have a shedload (possibly literally) of veg and whatnot for the market. Or from the market. You role-play your way!
