The Wintry Yule Cloak is a really classy back cosmetic, that belies the fact it was designed in 2012. The warm, fluffy hood (see below) leads to a silver area of the upper back that features branches or deer horns. The remainder of the cloak tastefully uses seasonal red to highlight a holly leaf motif and add borders.
There aren't many older cosmetics I would say are "must-haves", but this one and the Wintry Yule Robe really are.

No, there's no hoodless/unhooded one. It's designed to keep your head warm as much as for outfit design!
