While I wasn't a big fan of the set that yet, the Shoulderguards of the Storied Warrior actually work really well. Given they make your shoulders look enormous, sometimes I find that I abandon practicality of war for something more elegant! These are some sort of polished, yet worn metal with one covering on each shoulder. So, unlike others, it doesn't cover any of the upper body items at all.

When dyed, the white pattern stays and the metal is dyed almost exactly the colour you use. I'll try to screen grab it at a later date.
