The Mask of the Leaf-Turner is one of the most recent Fall Festival Cosmetics, having been releaed in 2020 per the Wiki
. I wasn't quite sure what to make of it then, and I'm still not sure now!
Difficult to Work
I can see what LOTRO was trying to do - to create a simpler helm that protects your forehead and the sides of your face. But I have yet to make it work on any character. As you can tell here with my Hobbit Myrlas, the hair clips it, even though the mask is clearly of a solid metal of some description. Anyway, I'm about the load in the Tunic of the Leaf-turner which works much better.
My only regret that is consistent across festivals is a lack of complete sets: rarely any gloves, occasionally matching shoulder pieces and LOTRO almost never make footwear. Onto the tunic then, which is much, much better!
