The year the Ice Flower Cloak came out, was one where LOTRO experimented with unusual cloaks - and I loved the fact that they did.
Having non-solid back cosmetics helps you see more of the back of the upper-body outfit piece. So this cloak hangs in two strips, that join between your shoulderblades with a gentle downwards point and the petals of a flower. The strips themselves have a wavy pattern that includes shadows to infer depth and layers.
As I said, it is an unusual design, and it's for that reason you should have it in your Wardrobe!
