Just when you thought masks could not get stranger, along come the off-the-wall "festival masks". During Fall Festival there are four "special" ones to collect. The Beaver Festival Mask can be obtained by successfully completing Troves and Trickery in Bree.
Once you complete that quest you can choose an 
Man Mask Token. No, it does not make you look like a man. Unless by "man" you really mean "beaver".
Exchange your and 12× 
to obtain your beaver mask.
Does It Dye?
None of these ones do, really. You can dye the ears and nose of this one. The Wiki
has an example.
