Following on in the "weird and wonderful" theme from the Pipe Festival Mask, the Goblin Festival Mask is also a whole-head covering. Part of me hopes there was some weird reason LOTRO created these way back when (2010 per the Wiki
!).
Anyhow, as the name says, this mask makes you look something like a goblin. Kinda. Complete with pointed ears and faux-helm, you could be an enemy for a day. As PvMP happens via a separate character login, maybe you need your fill of mischief another way?
How Well Does the Mask Dye?
Click/tap the Wiki link above. You'll see that it's the helm that dyes - and only that. It's probably for the best, as I've never seen any luminous blue goblins on the landscape. And certainly not Shire Pink ones!
