I wish we could get more "neck" items in LOTRO. The Ascot Scarf shows clever usage of the shoulder gear slot in my opinion. I wish we could get necklaces or other types of neck adornments that were not already attached to the upper body item. But I digress.
As horse racing (well, time trials) is part of festivals, why not have an elegant Ascot scarf? At least you don't get those silly hats people wear at the UK races of the same name!
The scarf dyes very, very well, so feel free to mix-match it into your own outfit creations. Stay classy, Middle-Earth!
